Haley Nemra was born October 4, 1989 is an American-born Marshallese track athlete from Marysville, Washington. She was the first woman to represent the Marshall Islands at the Olympics.

2008 Olympian (Marshall Islands) She represented her country at the 2008 Summer Olympics and the 2012 Summer Olympics in the women's 800 meters where she did not advance to the semifinals but finished with a personal best time of 2:14.90. She was flag-bearer for Marshall Islands during the Opening Ceremony in London.

2010 Track & Field: Finished fourth in the 800m in 2:15.58 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational…placed fifth in the 800 at the Stanford Opener.

2009 Cross Country: Redshirted.

2009 Track & Field: Finished second in the 800m at the Aggie Open... placed third in 2:17.28 at the AzusaPacific Invitational.

2008 Cross Country: Finished 39th at the WCC Championships in 24:20... posted two top 15 performances at the FSU State Invitational (8th) and Doc Adams Invitational (11th).

Prep Career: Represented the Marshall Islands at 800 meters in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing...finished 20th at the 2007 4A Washington State Cross Country Championships and 19th at the 2007 Border clash... on the track, finished 5th in the 800 and 6th in the 1600 at the 2008 4A Washington State Track & Field Championships.... has prep personal bests of 2:13. (800), 5:00 (1600) and 11:05 (3200).
