Biography: Henderson transferred to USF from Boise State where she was a dominate 800 specialist and a four-time All-American honoree and a six-time Mountain West Conference champion while running for the Broncos. She was named the USTFCCCA West Region Indoor Track Athlete of the Year in 2018 after a wildly successful season that culminated in a Second Team All-American Honors at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 800 meter run. In her one year on the Hilltop as a senior she gained an excellent reputation as a middle distance runner and was named a 2nd-Team All-American and ran the 800 meter run in a time of 2:03.

Favorite USF Memories:Â "I experienced a lot of joy participating in track and field at USF. Life After USF:Â Henderson is a professional runner for a feminist and socially active team (Littlewing) and sponsorship (Oiselle). She is employed at Thrive Mental Health Therapy as an advocate for the field.
