Prior to launching her real estate career, Lauren was in Software Sales and earned a Presidents Club award at Glassdoor.com. She had also earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco in 2010. She was awarded the Green and Gold Award at USF. She attended Notre Dame da Namur University prior to USF, where she played tennis and volleyball. She earned a place in the Pacific West Conference Second Team Libero 2007.
