2017 Track & Field: Lined up for the Dons five times during the indoor and outdoor season … capped the year with a season-best mark of 3:49.81 in the 1,500 meters for a fourth place finish at the West Coast Last Chance on May 13.

2016 Cross Country: Competed and earned points in all five meets for USF during the 2016 season … took 43rd individually and helped the Dons to a ninth place finish at Pre-Nationals on Oct. 15 with a season-best 8K run of 24:46.5 … finished 19th at the WCC Championships with a time of 25:10.3 as the second Don to cross the line on Oct. 28, helping the squad to third place … was the fourth USF runner to cross the line at the NCAA West Regionals, turning in a 10K time of 30:45.7 to help USF to eighth - its highest-ever regional finish.

2016 Track & Field: Took to the track six times for the Dons running a season-best 3,000 meter mark of 8:14.20 to take fifth at the Washington Indoor Invite on Jan. 30 … took sixth in the mile clocking in at 4:08.76 at the UW Husky Classic on Feb. 13 … ran a season-best 1,500 m time of 3:47.51 to earn 10th at the Stanford Invitational on April 1.

2015 Cross Country: Began his Dons career with a 6th place finish at the Boise State Dual meet, completing the course in 25:39.2 ... took 41st at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 25:51.9 ... placed 213th at Pre-Nationals with a time of 25:00.5 ... competed at the WCC Championships and took 48th wit a time of 26:46.7 ... raced at the NCAA West Regionals and completed the course in 33:46.9 for a 123rd place finish.

High School and Personal: Helped his team to a first place finish in the British University and Colleges Sport (BUCS) cross country team championships in January of 2015 ... member of the English junior cross country team in 2012 and 2013 ... personal bests include: 3:50.11 (1500m), 8:17.70 (3000m), 14:28.71 (5000m), 32:05 (10K) ... coached by Richard Thurston and Bud Baldaro ... son of Andrew Shepherd and Jayne Shepherd ... enjoys cycling and swimming during his free time.
