2014 TRACK & FIELD: Finished in the top five in four out of five long jump competitions and four out of six triple jump competitions ... recorded a season-best leap of 14.19 meters in the triple jump at the Husky Classic on Feb. 15 ... placed first in the long jump at the SF State Distance Carnival on April 4 with a season-best mark of 6.99 meters ... opened the outdoor season by sprinting at the West Coast Relays and Quad meet on Feb. 22-23, taking first in both events.

2013 TRACK & FIELD: Turned in a USF record-setting performance in the triple jump at the Aggie Open with a leap of 14.34 meters on March 9 ... posted a season-best long jump mark of 6.98 meters at the West Coast Invitational on May 11, good for first place in the event ... finished second in the triple jump at the Stanford Opener, Aggie Open, Brutus Hamilton Invitational and West Coast Invitational ... in his lone sprint of the season, recorded a 100 meter time of 11.3 seconds to take first at the West Coast Relays on Feb. 24.

2012 TRACK & FIELD: Set two personal best marks during the season, 6.74m in the Long Jump at the Cal All-Comers Meet (2/4) and 13.74m in the Triple Jump at the Chabot Relays (4/7), winning the event.

PREP CAREER: Three-time 2A District 4 champion in the triple jump and long jump …  2A Evergreen League champion in the triple jump and long jump all four prep seasons … third place in the 2A state championships in both the long jump and triple jump as a senior … Evergreen League Athlete of the Year … placed 10th at the 2A state championships in the triple jump as a junior … received the River Ridge HS team sportsmanship award.
 
PERSONAL: PERSONAL: Nile Aswan Norwood… son of Adrenis and Curtis Norwood… born in July of 1993… chose USF because of the location and its business program… goal is to win an NCAA championship… interests include: listening to music, playing sports and going out to eat… major is International Business.
