Women's Soccer (2002-2005)

GENERAL CAPSULE - A very consistent player who has tremendous vision and understanding of the game... coming off her best season to date... will be a key playmaker in the attack this year.

2004 SEASON - Emerged as a dynamic offensive weapon as a junior... assisted on three goals in 4-1victory at Weber State (9/4)... tallied game-winner in the Dons 1-0 shutout of Hawaii (10/26)... scored goals in back-to-back matches against Cal State Fullerton (9/10) and UC Irvine (9/12)... dished out an assist in USF's 4-2 win against Gonzaga (11/6)... after recording no assists in previous two years, led the team with six.

2003 SEASON - Started in all 18 games for the Dons this season... Recorded three goals on the season including one as a result of a penalty kick against SJSU (9/11)... now has five career goals in two seasons at USF.

2002 SEASON -Played in all 19 games, starting in five... provided a huge boost offensively, scoring two goals... scored against Hawaii (9/14) ina 3-2 Dons victory... scored the lone goal in USF's finale against #6 Pepperdine (11/9).

PREP CAREER - Played varsity soccer all four years... helped USD High School win its 10th Division III title in 12 years... first team All-CIF... Western League 2001 Player of the Year... first team Western League... 1999 Surf Cup Player of the Year.

PERSONAL - StephanieAnn Gray... nickname is "Slim"... sports hero is Michael Jordan...chose USF because of the foggy weather... favorite quote is "your talent is God's gift to you, what you choose to do with it is your gift to God"... favorite book is The Great Gatsby... Airheads candy and Cheetos are her favorite food... if she could attend any sporting event, she'd go to the Olympics... parents are Stephen and Karen Gray... born October 12, 1984.
