2010 Cross Country: Ran in three races, setting a personal best time of 25:23 at the Doc Adams Invitational with a 21st place finish... also ran in the San Francisco State Invitational and Bronco Invitational.

2010 Track & Field: Won the 5000m B section in 15:08 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival... was 5th in the 1500 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational.

2009 Cross Country: Finished 18th in 25:58 at the WCC Championships... posted a personal best of 25:42 at the San Francisco Invitational.

2009 Track & Field: Set a personal best of3:54.77 for 5th place in the 1500m at the Woody Wilson Invitational... won the 5000m in 15:01.46 at the Aggie Open...finished 12th in the 5000m with a personal best of 14:58.62 at the Cal Nevada Invitational.

2008 Cross Country: Set a personal best of 26:03 at the Bronco Invitational... finished 43rd in 28:13 at the WCC Championships.

2008 Track & Field: Solid freshmen season... was fourth at the National Athletic Conference Championships in the 5000 and 7th in the 1500... runner up finish in the 1500 at the Woody Wilson Invitational... ran a personal best in the 1500 at the Brutus Hamilton in 3:58.34.

2007 Cross Country: Set an 8k personal record at the Sun Dodger Invitational with a time of 26:04, where he placed third on the team. Was the only freshman to run on the WCC and West Regional team for the Dons.

Prep Career: 2006 and 2007 Western League Cross Country Champion... 800 and 1600 Champion in the 2007 track season(Western League). Sixth place at City Section in the 1600...personal bests are 2:00 in the 800, 4:23 in the 1600 and 15:43 in the three mile.

DONS File: Undeclared major at USF... parents are Karen and Ananda Amarawansa... Chose USF because of the emphasis on social justice, community service, and overall making the world more just, along with the city of San Francisco and the outstanding team... his Grandfather, Ted Bamberger, ran for Dartmouth, focusing on the 800.
