2010 FIRST TEAM ALL-WEST COAST CONFERENCE(XC)

2010 Cross Country: Was ninth at the West Coast Conference Championship in 25:58...finished ninth at the San Francisco Invitational in 25:12...set a new personal record of 24:37 at the BroncoInvitational. 

2010 Track & Field: Placed 2nd at the San Francisco Distance Carnival in the 10,000m in 30.33.69...finished fourth in the 5000m at the Aggie Open in 15:21.93.

2009 Cross Country: Competed in two meets for the Dons... finished 11th in a personal record of 25:36 at theSan Francisco Invitational and 108th at the NCAA Western Regional Championships at Springfield Country Club.

2009 Track & Field: Placed fifth at the Cal Nevada Championships in the 10,000m in 31:35.00... finished fourth in the 5000m at the Aggie Open in 15:21.93.

2008 Cross Country: Was consistently the Don's number two runner... finished eighth at the Sac State Invitational in 20:29... placed 39th at the WCC Championships in 27:56... ran a personal best of 31:55 (93rd) at the NCAA West Region Championships.

Prep Career: Finished eighth at the California Division III State Cross Country Championships in15:45... 2007 First Team All North Coast Section Cross Country Team... has personal bests of 4:34 (1,600) and 9:32 (3,200).
