McNeil graduated in 2021 with a Bachelors in Sociology Summa cum laude. While there he was an undergraduate Research Assistant and a Spanish tutor. He was President of Alpha Sigma Nu, Sigma Delta Pi – Honor Society for Spanish students in the US, Alpha, Kappa Delta - Sociology Honor Society, McCarthy Urban Policy Fellow 2020/21, McGrath Scholar 2021. He works as a Case Manager in Community Services, Palo Alta, CA.
