PRIOR TO SAN FRANCISCO:Â Earned four varsity basketball letters at Central Valley High School...earned 2006 Greater Spokane League (GSL) Winter Student Athlete Award after averaging 19.6 points and 8.1 rebounds per game as a senior to rank second among league leaders... nominated for the 2006 Heisman National Student Athlete Award... third-leading career scorer in Bears history (1,122) and was the 12th player in GSL history to surpass 1,000 career points... WIAA Sportsmanship Award as a junior... averaged 16.1 points per game as a junior en route to the first of two All-GSL First Team honors... earned Gatorade Will to Win Athlete selection as a sophomore... two-time Oregon Trail All-Tournament selection... four-year Honor Society member...won Central Valley School District Superintendent Award... carried a 4.0 GPA throughout her prep career.Â
