General Capsule - Only returning two year starter... brings experience along with speed and big jump to the court... hard hitting attacker with an outstanding jump serve...will be looked upon for strength in the front and back court.

Entering 2006 Season- Transferred to University of North Carolina Greensboro. 
 
2005 at San Francisco- Tied for third on the team with 211 kills for the 18-13 Dons...posted 2.11 kills per game with a .144 hitting percentage...was second on the team with 35 service aces...averaged 2.50 digs per game with 250 digs in 100 games.

2004 Season - Elevated her game, establishing career-highs in most offensive and defensive categories, including kills (3.25), attack percentage (.174) and digs (2.96)... earned first career all-tournament honors at the TCU/Molten Horned Frog Invitational, averaging 4.4 kills, 3.0 digs and 1.1 aces per game... slammed career-high 25 kills on .308 hitting against San Diego State (9/17)... recorded 22 kills and 13 digs at Gonzaga(10/9)... tallied a career-high 22 digs against Loyola Marymount (10/2) and collected 20 against #14 Saint Mary's (11/20)...recorded a career-high six service aces against Grambling (9/25) -seventh best in single-match history... ranked second on the team with 14 double-double matches (kills/digs)... reached double-digit kills 20 times and reached double figures in digs 19 times...ranked third among West Coast Conference leaders in service aces(0.36) and was ninth in kills. 

Miscellaneous -Turned in the most prolific season by a freshman outside hitter with 277 kills... ranked third in kills per game (2.37) among USF freshmen behind USF Hall-of-Famer Melanie Kaiser (2.39, 1988) and Brittanie Budinger (2.60, 2000)... tallied 46 service aces, good for seventh place on the single-season record books and the most recorded by a USF player since 1995... first USF freshman to earn All-West Coast Conference Honorable Mention selection since Teresa Russell in 1999... sister, Katherine is a sophomore on the USF Volleyball team this season. 

2003 NCAA Tournament- Tallied four kills, 12 digs and added a service ace against Pacific... added a pair of block assists against the Tigersin USF's inaugural NCAA Tournament appearance. 

2003 Season- Started every match for the Dons as a freshman...slammed a career-high 18 kills on .333 hitting and added three aces, 12 digs and three blocks in a 3-1 win against Saint Mary's (10/25)... led the team and ranked second among WCC leaders with 46service aces this season... reached double-digit kills 16 times,including the first four matches of the season... recorded two or more aces in 13 matches, including three with four... season-high 16 digs to go along with 11 kills against #17 Loyola Marymount(10/31)... chipped in with 17 kills, 13 digs and two blocks in regular season-ending win at Saint Mary's (11/22)... ranked 12th among league-leaders with 11 double-double performances, the most turned in by a WCC freshman in 2003. 

Prep Experience- Enjoyed a standout career at Dana Hills High School ...propelled the Dolphins to a pair of CIF playoff appearances, with a first round showing as a freshman followed by a second round finish as a senior... two-time team MVP... earned All-South Coast League First Team honors as a junior and senior... named to the Cougar Classic All-Tournament squad... a three-sport athlete at Dana Hills, also competed on the basketball and track teams... played on the Saddleback Volleyball Club... club team was runner-up at Davis following her freshman year before winning the title the next season. 

Personal - Theresa Ann Hart... goal for the season is to improve her vertical jump... chose USF for the location and the diversity... favorite quote is "Don't sweat the small stuff"... after graduating plans to move back to Orange County and surf every day... wants to become an architect...parents are Paul and Debra Hart... born December 5, 1984 in Mission Viejo, CA. 

Coach Nelson on Hart - "I'm looking for Theresa to come back and really have a breakout year again. After having started two years I'm looking for her to be comfortable and really take her role on and expand upon it. I would like to see Theresa looking to add to her numbers both in kills and digs and really stabilize her game and bring consistency to the court every night."
