AT COLLEGE OF MARIN (2007-2008): Earned First Team All-Conference for the 2008 season after batting .347 with 50 hits (14 doubles, one triple, and six home runs), 42 RBI, 29 runs scored and a .583 slugging percentage.

PREP CAREER: Earned First Team All-League (Marin County Athletic League) his sophomore through senior seasons at San Marin High School.

PERSONAL: Born on January 16, 1988 in Greenbrae, CA... son of Mark and Debbie Dittmann... goal for the season is to go to Omaha... chose USF for the location and the coaching staff... would like to be his favorite sports hero MichaelJordan for a day... the best advice he has been given is 'it's not the mistakes you make, it's what you do after that matters'...favorite quote is attributed to John Wooden, "Things turn out the best for the people who make the best of the way things turnout"... lists Evander Holyfield as the most impressive person he has met... would like to be a fireman/EMT after graduation...favorite movie is Top Gun... favorite musical artist is Eminem...favorite food is steak... hobbies include sports, cars, and hanging out with friends... majoring in Exercise and Sports Science.
