Jeff Leles grew up in Sacramento and attended Rio Americano High School. He played competitive soccer for the San Juan Soccer Club from a young age. He played on the ODP (Olympic Development Program) Team and the San Juan Predator Team went on to win back to back State Cup Championships and moved on to Regional competition.

At 5' 9", 165 lbs, and after attending Dominican University, transferred to USF.  He played goalkeeper for the Dons soccer team from 2006 to 2008, and graduated with a Bachelors in Business in 2008.  He was part of the 2006 team that won the WCC Conference Championship in 2006. He has coached youth soccer Camps for Dominican University and University of San Francisco, and U-6 & U-8 for Solano United.
