Played baseball with the Dons from 2010 to 2013. After graduating with a Bachelors in History from USF, he started working for the Division of Adult Parole in San Francisco. 

2012 SEASON: Appeared in six games, going 0-2 with 12.71 ERA... struck out seven in just 5.2 innings pitched... pitched two scoreless innings in first appearance of season against San Jose State, striking out two (2/19)... struck out only two batters he faced in second appearance of season against Nevada (2/21). 

2011 SEASON: Took the mound eight times, totaling 8.2 innings and a 1.04 ERA… first collegiate appearance came in against then No.1 UCLA, where he threw a spotless inning to retire the side (2/19)… longest outing of the year came against New Mexico State, during which time he struck out one in two innings of work… threw another no hit inning at Portland (4/16)… struck out one in 0.2 innings against Santa Clara (4/23)… totaled two strikeouts in a no hit inning against San Francisco State (4/26)… threw a no hit inning against Cal State Bakersfield (5/24).

PREP CAREER: Named to Baseball America’s high school top 100 list for 2010… played four years of varsity baseball at Will C. Wood High School… two-year captain for the Wildcats… led his team as a senior in innings pitched (48) with 73 strikeouts and a 4-3 record… also hit .268 in his final season.

PERSONAL: Born in September of 1991 in Napa, CA… parents are Michael and Rebecca Haseltine… chose USF because of the coaching staff and the location… goal at USF is to help the Dons win a West Coast Conference championship… favorite quote is from Marcus Aurelius, “It can ruin your life only if it ruins your character. Otherwise it cannot harm you inside or out.”… the things he likes most about the city is its diversity and food… the best advice he’s ever been given is to treat everyday like it’s your last… favorite book is Harry Potter… favorite musical artist is Jimi Henrix… major is History.
