Career Highlights: Three-year letter winner for Baseball
Biography: Oropeza was a right-handed relief for three years on the Hilltop. Oropeza started his collegiate baseball career at USF, and redshirted in 2006. He spent one year with San Mateo College as a freshman in 2007, going 4-0 on the mound with a 1.27 ERA, then returned to the Hilltop from 2008-2010 to finish his baseball career. Oropeza mostly appeared out of the bullpen for the Green and Gold, and pursued a career in Acounting upon leaving USF.Â

Life After USF: After graduation, Oropeza entered the Accounting field. He worked for seven years as the Accounting Manager at Slanted Door. Currently he is the Accounting and Payroll Manager for Lyte in San Francisco.
