2017-2018 (GRADUATE): Competed in one event as an individual, taking 92nd at the Nick Watney Invitational...carded a 33-over 246 (82-82-81).  

2016-2017 (SENIOR): Competed in two tournaments as a graduate student in USF’s Sports Management program…tied for 19th at the Olympic Club Invitational with a 7-over score of 220 (74-72-74) and tied for 75th at the Alister Mackenzie Invitational at the Meadow Club (74-72-81-227).

High School and Amateur Career: Graduated from University of Canterbury under Head Coach Shane Scott...Member of the New Zealand under 18 team...placed in second place in the Aaron Baddeley International Junior Championship at the Lion Lake Golf Course in China...played for Canterbury men’s team in 2015 and 2016...placed second at the Canterbury Stroke play after shooting 71-74-66-72...lowest individual round was an 8-under 64...Member of the Golden Key International Honour Society...Represented in the top 15% at the university in his final academic year...A part of the Emerging Leaders Scholarship at Canterbury for sport in 2013-14.

Personal: Born on March 1, 1994 in Christchurch, New Zealand...parents are Gary McAuley and Katrina McAuley...obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Canterbury...aspires to become a professional golfer and win on the PGA Tour...also wants to become a CEO, CFO or accountant for a sports organization...lives for adrenaline and loves sky diving...says rugby and cricket are his other favorite sports...loves to hang out with friends and explore what cities have to offer.
