HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL: Ran varsity cross country all four years in high school...Team MVP and captain his senior year...Also was a four-year member of the varsity track and field team...Personal bests are 4:27 (1600m) and 9:35 (3200m)...Son of Mike and Michelle Cavassa...Coached by Pat King...Enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, hiking and biking in his free time.
