AT USF SPRING 2012: Played in two events for the Dons..Shot an average score of 83.40. Best finish was at the Peg Barnard Invitational, tied for 4th place.

AT USF FALL 2011: Injured. Did not play.

AT USF (2010-2011): Competed in a career-high seven events for San Francisco as a junior… established best 54-hole tournament score at the Challenge at Onion Creek at 230 (75, 78, 77)… opening round of 75 at Onion Creek was also lowest career competitive round… recorded 18 birdies and one eagle in 21 rounds… carded a season-high four birdies at The Gold Rush by Golfsmith.


AT USF (2009-2010): Did not compete for the Dons as a sophomore.

AT USF (2008-2009): Competed in three events for San Francisco in inaugural season.

PREP/AMATEUR CAREER: Highly decorated prep and amateur player captured the 2007 Lakewood Youth Hall of Fame Award for both Scholar Athlete of the Year and Performer of the Year in Golf... Suburban League MVP in 2008 while competing for Mayfair High School... also served as team captain for the Monsoons... outstanding student who graduated in the top 10... All-League academic selection, finishing with a 4.4 GPA... placed third in the Long Beach Women's Open and posted an eighth place showing in the AJGA CORE Realty Holdings Junior at Old Ranch Country Club at 228 (73, 80, 75)... named to the 2007 Mary Cave Cup, representing Southern California and placed third individually, helping team to the title.

PERSONAL: Ashley Suzanne Johnson... goal for the season is to play in many events and compete in NCAA Nationals... chose USF for the academics, the environment and the golf program... comes from a strong athletic background... father, Russ, runs the Johnson Junior Golf Tour (JJGT) all across Southern California and played baseball at Cal State Fullerton... brother, Travis, was an All-American golfer at UCLA and currently competes on the Nationwide Tour... would like to spend a day as the President of the United States... favorite quote is "The only difference between extraordinary and ordinary is a little extra"... favorite movie is "The Goonies"... favorite book is "Five People You Meet in Heaven"... lists biggest sports thrills as playing at Trump National and carding a hole in one at The Olympic Club... parents are Russ and Diane Johnson... born March of 1990 in Bellflower, CA... Business major.
