2012 WCC ALL-ACADEMIC HONORABLE MENTION (XC)

2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three meets for the Dons...best race of the year was at the San Francisco State Invitational 6k, running a time of 22:52, 2nd fastest runner for USF (9/1)...was the 4th fastest runner for the Green and Gold at the Stanford Invitational 6k with a time of 22:43 (9/29).
 
2012 TRACK & FIELD: Set three personal bests this season for the Dons, 4:46:04 in the 1500m at Cal All-Comers Meet (2/18), 10:21.55 in the 3000m at the Nor Cal Opener (3/3) and 18:00.06 in the 5000m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (4/27).
 
2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in a team-high seven races for the Dons… placed second at the Bronco Invitational in 18:25 (5k)... finished 10th at the Doc Adams Invitational in a personal best 21:36 (6k)... was 40th in the West Coast Conference Championships in 22:44... was 215th at NCAA Nationals in 23:25.
 
2011 TRACK & FIELD: Redshirt.
 
2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran twice for the Dons... best finish was ninth with a time of 22:21 at the Doc Adams Invitational. 
 
2010 TRACK & FIELD: Set personal bests in both the 1500m (4:46.75) and 5000m (18:20.76)… placed fourth in the 5000m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational… finished third in the 5000m at the Aggie Open.
 
2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirt.
 
PREP CAREER: Competed for prep powerhouse Carondelet High School... earned Coach's Award in 2007 and 2009 and 2008 NCS Varsity Cross Country Sportsmanship... was a 2009 North Coast Section Meet of Champions qualifier in the 1600m... owns prep bests of 2:24 for 800m and 5:16 for 1600m.
 
PERSONAL: Exercise and Sport Science major... parents are Daniel and Karen Sandri.
