Career Highlights: Four-year letter winner for Cross Country and Track and Field; WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention 

Biography: She came to USF from Bellarmine Prep High School in Tacoma, Washington, where she competed in four seasons of varsity cross country and track and field for the Lions. She won the 4x400 meter relay State Title as a sophomore and a junior, breaking the school record three times during junior season. She capped off a fine four year career on the Hilltop racing eight times for the Dons in her final collegiate season from distances ranging from 400 to 5,000 meters. Phill ran a season-best in the 5,000 meters at the SF State Distance Carnival. In her final cross country campaign, Phill competed four times for USF, opened the fall with a season-best time of 21:33.6 at the USF Invitational on Sept. 3 to take 18th individually, and turned in a time of 22:12.1 at the WCC Championships to cross the line in 25th place overall.  

Life After USF: After graduation, Phill moved back to her hometown of Tacoma, Washington. She is currently working as a Behavorial Health Technician. 

2017 Track & Field: Raced eight times for the Dons in her final collegiate season from distances ranging from 400 to 5,000 meters … raced to a season-best in the 5,000 meters at the SF State Distance Carnival on March 31 … posted a season-best 1,500 meter time of 4:38.15 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 14 … finished first in the 400 meters at the Payton Jordan Invitational on May 1.

2016 Cross Country: Competed four times for USF … opened the fall with a season-best time of 21:33.6 at the USF Invitational on Sept. 3 to take 18th individually … turned in a time of 22:12.1 at the WCC Championships to cross the line in 25th … WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention selection.

2016 Track & Field: Competed in eight meets for the Dons at a range of middle distances … finished 10th in the mile at the UW Indoor Invitational on Jan. 30, clocking in at 5:09.45 … turned in a season-best 1,500 meter time of 4:33.14 to take 11th at the Hornet Open on March 19 … posted a 5,000 m of 16:42.03 to earn 15th and a season-best time at the Stanford Twilight on April 22.

2015 Cross Country: Returned from an injury to compete in the West Coast Conference Championships on Oct. 31, taking 36th place with a time of 22:48.4 ... finished in 90th place at the NCAA West Regionals on Nov. 31 with a time of 22:16.1 ... raced in the NCAA Championships and took 239th place, completing the course in 22:18.5

2015 Track & Field: Competed in seven meets, running in the 800M, 1,500M, 3000M and 5000M ... owned the eighth-best 1,500M time for the Dons in 2015, finishing in 4:36.45 at the Johnny Matthis Invitational.

2014 Cross Country: Competed in six cross country meets … opened the season by placing 10th at the USF Invitational … placed 22nd at the WCC Championships with a time of 20:55, her best time of the season on a 6K course … WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention selection. 

2014 Track & Field: Raced at four distances for USF ... opened the season with a 3,000 meter mark of 10:12 at the West Coast Quad on Feb. 22 ... took first in the 800 meters at the Cal Opener of March 8 with a time of 2:15.06 ... ran the 5,000 meter distance once, clocking in at 18:07.93 at the SF State Distance Carnival on April 4 ... recorded a season-best of 4:44.38 in the 1,500 meters at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational on April 25, taking 19th.

2013 Cross Country: Competed in five meets for the Dons in her first year of collegiate athletics ... finished seventh at the USF Invitational on Aug. 31, turning in a 5K time of 19:45.7 to pace USF to third place ... turned in a season-best 6K time of 22:08.2 at the Bronco Invitational Oct. 19. 

High School and Personal: Competed in four seasons of varsity cross country and track and field for the Lions ... won the 4x400 meter relay State Title as a sophomore and a junior, breaking the school record three times during junior season ... placed fifth in the 800 and 12th in the 1600 at the Washington State meet as a sophomore ... majoring in Psychology ... daughter of Caroline and David Phill ... born January 1, 1995, in Tacoma, WA.
