2010 Cross Country: Ran in four races for the Dons... highest finish was 15th at the Bronco Invitational with a time of 26:35. 

2010 Track & Field: Ran a personal best for 5000m in 15:36.57 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational...posted a personal best of 10:12.45 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Sac State Open... ran 4:17.54 for 1500m at the Aggie Classic.

2009 Cross Country: Posted a personal best of 26:38 for 15th place at the Doc Adams Invitational.

Prep Career: Competed for four years at Aloha High School... three time Oregon state cross country qualifier...finished 12th at the 2008 6A Oregon State Cross Country Championships in 16:17... owns prep bests of 4:09 for 1500m and 9:06 for 3000m.
