Walden graduated with a Bachelors in Business and worked as an Operations Assistant for the Athletics Department, 2019 to 2020.  She works in Marketing at Williot in San Diego, CA. 

2018 Track & Field: Competed once in the indoor season in the 60 meters, posting a time of 8.94 at the UW Preview (Jan. 13).

High School: Four-year track and cross country letter winner at Tesoro High School … Titans earned the Seaview League team track and field Championship in 2016 with Sierra as the team captain … 2015 Seaview League champion in the 800 meters … named to the Varsity Top 7 for cross country and track and field three years straight … competed at the National Jr. Olympic cross country meet in San Antonio, Texas in 2013 … also played two years of high school soccer … won the 2015 National President’s Cup with West Coast Club Soccer … four-year Scholar-Athlete and 2017 Academic Distinction recipient and AP Scholar … earned the California Seal of Bi-literacy, given to high school graduates who have attained a high level of proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing one or more languages in addition to English … co-President of Dream Catchers for Hospice, which grants final wishes for terminally ill patients with less than six months to live.

Personal: Contemplating a profession as an economist after USF … daughter of John Walden and Rowena Makemson … twin sister Kiana joins Sierra on the USF track and field and cross country squads … earned a brown belt and qualified for nationals with the Karate Do Federation … born Nov. 15, 1999, in Laguna Hills, CA.
