2014 SEASON (Senior): Played in two games with one start... made her first start of the season on Senior Day and recorded two saves in a 3-0 shutout of Pacific.

2013 SEASON (Junior): Did not see action.

2012 SEASON (Sophomore): 
Did not see action.

2011 SEASON (Freshman): Played in nine games with four starting assignments in first collegiate season ... made three starts during West Coast Conference play … ranked second on the team with 34 saves ... recorded a remarkable 16 saves in start at No. 8 Pepperdine (11/4) … turned in one shutout this season against CSU Bakersfield (11/6) ... picked up one WCC win with a shared 1-0 decision at Gonzaga (10/13) ... led the team with a .829 save percentage.

PREP/CLUB CAREER: Four-year letter winner at St. Stephens Episcopal … two-year captain … led team to four South Texas State Championships … third place finish at 2008 USYS National Championships … competed at 2007 Regional III quarterfinals, 2010 semifinals … won the 2008 Region III Championship … also played field hockey, tennis and basketball … Rhodes Book Award honoree … Honor Roll.

PERSONAL: Born September 1992 … daughter of Michael and Sophia … grandfather, Carl, was on the track and field team at Oklahoma … goal for the season is to rise to the college level …enjoys the different parts of San Francisco … would like to be Ellen Degeneres for a day … lists “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” as her favorite quote … would like to own a restaurant.

Celia Pellegrini is the General Manager and Wine Director at Suerte, a restaurant inspired by the people, cooking techniques, and flavors of Mexico. Located in East Austin, Cecilia joined the Suerte team in 2018 and has spent the last few years growing into her leadership role. A native Austinite, Celia has a true passion for wine, food, and hospitality. After attending The University of San Francisco for Hospitality Management, she immediately set her sights on working in Michelin-starred restaurants. She honed her skills and even worked in natural wineries around the Bay Area to round out her talents before following her heart back home to Austin (Dish'nDames.com).
