Career Highlights: Three-time letter winner at USF

Biography: D'Albora played baseball for three years on the Hilltop. He was the masters graduation speaker for the  College of Arts and Sciences representing Sport Management Masters Cohort 30. D'Albora was named Director of Baseball Operations in 2008, and was on the baseball staff for three years handling play-by-play broadcast duties for all games. D'Albora has stayed in coaching and had been involved in college baseball for nearly 20 years including time with Chico State and USF. He is currently the head coach at Los Medanos College. 

Why D'Albora Chose USF: "The coaching staff, and culture of the campus community, and the Jesuit education."

Favorite USF Memories: "I worked on the baseball coaching staff under Coach Giarratano for three seasons. That experience culminated in winning the West Coast Conference Championship in 2011 and participating in the UCLA regional. I broadcasted all the games during my three years on the staff at USF, and called an inning with San Francisco Giants Broadcaster Duane Kuiper."

The USF Student-Athlete Experience: "The best thing about being a student-athlete at USF was the opportunity to meet a lot of people from all over the world."

Life After USF: D'Albora was the Head Baseball Coach at Los Medanos Junior College in Pittsburg in the East Bay.  He is currently the Assistant Baseball Coach at Cal Berkeley. He has had three student-athletes transfer to USF.
