2009 SEASON: Made three appearances off the bench, registering one shot on the year. 

2008 SEASON: Played in two games as a junior before taking a redshirt season.

PREP/CLUB CAREER: Played two years of soccer at Saint Ignatius High School... was a member of the 2006 NIRSA National Champion, and 2007 NIRSA Finalist Teams in Women's Club Soccer. 

PERSONAL: Born in November 1987...daughter of José DeAraujo and Cindy Quan... chose USF because it is a smaller, more intimate school, and she can be closer to family... sister Beth played three years of soccer at UC Berkeley...goal for the season is to win as many header balls as possible and for the team to get as many shutouts as possible... likes that San Francisco is diverse and you can always find something fun and new to do... feels the best thing about being a student athlete is playing the sport she loves competitively everyday and meeting people with similar interests...favorite quote is attributed to John Wooden, "Ability may get you to the top, but it takes character to keep you there"... favorite musical artist is John Mayer... favorite food is ice cream or anything sweet... sister Beth played three years of soccer at UC Berkeley... father ran the 5000m for Brazil in the 1972 Olympics in Munich... hobbies include spoken word poetry..... Graduated with a Bachelors in Communications Studies in 2010. She works as an Events Manager at the University of California, San Francisco.
