Biography: Katsuyama came to the Hilltop from Brea Olinda High School where she played four years of varsity basketball. She was a member of the Ladycats 2000 State Championship team. At USF she appeared in all 28 games as a freshman, and dished out a career-high eight assists in her first collegiate game against South Carolina State (11/21/03). She turned in a solid sophomore season for the Dons, appearing in 22 games with 16 starts, and scored a career-high 15 points at Loyola Marymount (2/05/05). She suffered a serious knee injury and was forced to sit out the 2005-2006 season.Â

Life After USF: Katsuyama is working as a Physician Assistant at Kaiser Permanente, and she likes to hike and garden in her free time. Her family currently lives in San Ramon. She married her husband, former Dons baseball player Cy Donald. The Donald's attend USF baseball alumni activities every year.Â
